Where are you located?  Is there parking available?

• For Pirate Cruises & Excursions:

  • The address is 720 Channel Blvd., Topsail Beach. Parking is available in the gravel parking lot in front of the Topsail Assembly Building. The boats are docked behind the Topsail Assembly Building.

• For Castaway Cafe, Topsail, NC:​

  • We do not have a public brick and mortar location. Castaway Cafe is a mobile Ice Cream Pontoon Boat serving the waterway sandbars and beaches of South Topsail, Serenity Point and northern area of Lea-Huff Island during the weekends of the summer season.

Should I make a reservation? ​​

• Yes, to insure we are available at your preferred time. Reservations with full payment in advance are recommended for cruises. A deposit invoice can be sent by email and can be paid with credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Credit cards, debit cards, cash app pay and cash are all accepted before boarding. 

 

Cancellations & Refunds Policy​​

• ​No cancellations allowed for cruises and refunds will not be given for late arrivals/no shows. Your credit card will be charged the full amount for the cruise and is non-refundable.

Inclement Weather Policy

• We can cruise rain or shine. If the captain cancels a cruise due to inclement weather, the customer may choose to reschedule their reservation or receive a full refund. If an alternate date or time is not possible, the customer will receive a full refund.

What do we bring?​ Our suggestions: 

• Sunscreen

• Sunglasses

• Hat

• Camera

• Comfortable clothing and maybe a jacket depending on the weather

• Food & drinks in a small cooler 

• A towel or two if you leave the boat for an excursion

• Water shoes are required to leave the boat for an excursion

• Dog on a leash - Dogs must be on a leash to board the boat and most remain on a leash at all times during your cruise or excursion! We will have water available for dogs.

Is there a bathroom aboard the boat?

We have a porta potty available with a tent.

​

Should we tip the crew? How much?

Tips are greatly appreciated for a job well done! Please tip just as you would a server in a restaurant (18-20%).
